TRAZ Capital Partners is a Connecticut based family office. It invests in innovative growth oriented private companies with established but still evolving business models. Since 2010, TRAZ has made over 20 investments of which 10 are currently active. All have been non control investments. The focus of all TRAZ’s investments are, and will be going forward, digital content companies and educational technology companies. It’s current portfolio companies, and the new investments it seeks, have limited capacity to take on meaningful levels of debt. TRAZ looks to the growth of its investment companies, rather than leverage, to generate strong returns. To provide portfolio diversity, TRAZ also invests in commercial real estate in the Northeast.
TRAZ has a wide range of individual investors, family offices, and institutional financial sponsors that it has invested along side and shares investment ideas and opportunities with on an on-going basis. TRAZ also has a network of digital media and edtech operating executives and research assets which can assist investment companies reach their growth objectives.
